Annual Inspection & Maintenance Requirements
To keep this Lifetime Powertrain Warranty in effect, the customer must complete a **Multipoint Inspection** once per year, measured from the original Vehicle Purchase Date. The inspection must be performed by the dealership that issued the warranty and is provided at no cost to the customer. The inspection covers all major powertrain components and verifies that manufacturer-recommended maintenance has been performed.
If the customer lives more than 50 miles from the selling dealership, the inspection may be completed at another licensed service facility. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of that inspection and must provide **proof of completion** to Ethos Group within 30 days of each anniversary date of the warranty. Failure to complete and submit proof of inspection will result in termination of coverage.
Additionally, all manufacturer-recommended maintenance (oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, etc.) must be performed on time at a licensed facility. Customers must retain copies of all maintenance receipts and inspection documentation in order to remain eligible for warranty coverage.
